Indianapolis Senior Session | Grace

Beautiful Gracie! This gal holds such a special place in my heart. Her older sister, Liv, is one of my best friends and thus I have gotten quite close with her family throughout the years. Grace is a senior in high school and wanted her senior photos to be fun yet still feel like her. We decided what better place than her own home? 

The Jarrett’s have a beautiful house on Geist Reservoir with lots of great nooks and crannies to shoot. Even though Grace’s age group is flooding Tiktok with dances and signature poses, she couldn’t be less interested in those things. She loves soccer, school, being outdoors, hanging with her friends and fam, and just having a regular down to earth life. It’s quite refreshing to be around. 

Because Grace isn’t used to being in front of the camera, I had her move around a lot to get comfortable and loose in her body. She had two of her best friends there to encourage and support her throughout the session which was such fun energy to bounce off of. Once we got moving, things fell right into place. We ended the hour full of smiles, running around barefoot in her yard—a perfect way to wrap such a free-spirited session.
